Embroidery Guide

Digitizing is the most important part of creating a high quality embroidered logo. Digitizing is the art of taking a printed graphic or text and turning it into an embroidered logo. Since embroidery is all thread there is steep learning curve to this process.

Artwork Requirements

Our artwork dept. can work with any graphic file you have. The highest resolution file is recommended to ensure all details of the logo can be visibly determined. All artwork we be digitized to a .DST file for Tajima machines.

Logo Sizes

Jackets & shirts typically will have a logo size of approx 2.5 to 3.75 inches. Caps will have a logo size in the range of 2.25 – 2.75 inches.

Proofs

Proofs will be emailed of each digitized logo after an order is placed. Once the proofs are approved we can begin the embroidery process on the order.

Secondary Logos

All apparel items include (1)single logo up to 10,000 stitches. Secondary logos may be added for an additional $6.95 and include a stitch count up to 7,000 stitches. There is an additional charge of $1 per 1,000 additional stitches.

Stitch Count

Our apparel items are priced with a single logo digitized up to 10,000 stitches. There is an additional charge of $1 per 1,000 additional stitches. Most left/right chest or sleeve logos will fall under the 10K stitch threshold.
